Manuel joined in 2007 and is now a consultant and project manager for E-Voting.CC. Since his graduation in Political Science in Jan. 2009 he has been also working as a researcher at the University of Munich. There, he studied Political Science with minors in Cultural Antropology and Law at the Geschwister-Scholl-Institut for Political Science and attended courses at the University of Helsinki and the Essex Summer School in Social Science Data Analysis. He is currently conducting his PhD at the University of Munich in the area of governance of innovations and new technologies.
