
EVOTE2012 takes place from 11 to 14 July 2012 in Castle Hofen in Lochau/Bregenz, Austria.
The 5th international conference on electronic voting brings together experts from academia, administration, government as well as business to discuss latest trends and developments at Castle Hofen. The conference is known for its interdisciplinary and open dialogue between all stakeholders of e-voting.

[box title=”Registration” centered_title=”false” with_bg=”false”] EVOTE2012 is fully booked. There are a few places left on the waiting list. To be added to that list, please send an email to office(at)e-voting.cc (First come, first serve).
The conference fee is €360 and after 1 June 2012 €440 (all fees are incl. VAT).
[span text_size=”small”]The conference fee covers the EVOTE2012 participation, one copy of the proceedings, the welcome reception, the reception at the Land Vorarlberg, coffee and drinks (excl. spirits), the conference dinner and all lunch meals during the conference. Travel and accommodation costs have to be covered by the participants themselves.[/span]
[span text_size=”small”]In the case of cancellation until 11 June 2012, 50% of the conference fee will be refunded, after 11 June 2012 nothing will be refunded. In any case, the conference proceedings will be delivered by post after the conference.[/span] [/box]

The nearest airports are Altenrhein (ADH) und Friedrichshafen (FDH) as well as a bit further away Zürich (ZRH).
For EVOTE 2012, there are special flight arrangements with the regional carrier Intersky for flights from Vienna, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Hamburg to Friedrichshafen. And with Austrian Airlines for international flights to Altenrhein via Vienna.
